Turkey to keep permanent DST

Turkey will stay on DST, canceling October's transition back to UTC +2 standard time.

The decision was announced this morning in Turkey's official Resmi Gazette, in a decree signed by the president of Turkey.

Turkey will be observing a constant UTC +3.
